Returns and refunds

We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size, so please check our size guide before you buy.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. If the problem is major, you can choose a refund or a replacement.

How to make a claim

Get in touch through our Contact page within a reasonable time of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. If the fault is ours, we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

Custom tees

Custom tees are made to your order, so we can't refund them if you change your mind. If one arrives faulty or doesn't match the design you approved, the same rights above apply.
